Building trust @QED2019

Be creative, be bold, be different… But can you really do that if you lack trust?

Over the years while discussing different topics at our conference QED, we learned that the only way “up” is by ensuring significant amount of trust in your environment so you can feel safe, secure and you can be bold enough to build new stuff.

Trust is one of the most important ingredients in any relationship. You need to trust you doctor and medicine in order to get well. You need to trust new system in order to switch it on and sleep calmly. You need to trust your colleagues in order to share with them your ideas.

For the 3 full days during QED 2019 we learned and investigated how to build trust. Trust in people, technology, organisations and systems. Check the video bellow.

What about QED 2020?

At the next QED Conference want to try to envision the future of enterprise IT systems! That’s impossible, we know that, of course. But still, let’s spend some time discussing it. How do we dance around the hype cycles of emerging tech? Can our organizations and cultures remain coherent, while dancing?
