Luka Gauta

Luka Gauta has been at CROZ from his first business steps, just after finishing Zagreb’s Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. Extending his knowledge with Executive MBA graduation along the way, last couple of years he’s been working intensively with financial sector, specially banking and insurance, in order to improve their business from IT and organisational perspective.

Through his career, he also had the opportunity to encounter, and take part in, many challenges in cultural changes within numerous organizations. He did that from operational as well as managerial perspective, all while considering the influence of digital transformation and by using the benefits of modern IT technologies. He is our frequent keynote and conference speaker and a true fan of added value, business creativity, and methodological pragmatism.
